PACK ON THE MUSCLE

Starting with one of our coaches to build muscle takes out the guesswork in order to work towards reaching your goals. Whether you're looking to gain weight and build muscle, or get lean to see those muscles really pop, it requires dedication, perseverance and hard work. At Total Performance Collective we create personalised, tailored programmes to suit your specific goals and needs, taking into account your current fitness levels, your end goals, and any injuries or illnesses you may have. Our online coaching programme is a rolling monthly plan with a minimum term of 3 months. You'll have access to our coaching app and your coach will set your nutrition guide and exercise plans through here.

NUTRITION

 Your coach will provide tailored advice on how to best nourish your body, taking into account your individual dietary needs and health goals. They will advise on the best food choices for you, teach you about portion sizes and calorie content, and provide tips on how to improve your overall nutrition. They will also help you maintain a balanced diet, as well as create meal plans and nutrition plans that work for your lifestyle. With an online coach's help and guidance, you can make positive changes to your eating habits and improve your overall health and wellbeing.

TRAINING

Your coach will provide you with a fully tailored training programme which will help you stay organized and on track with the progress you want to make. Your training plan will also help you plan out rest days and ensure that you are giving your body the recovery it needs. By having a plan in place, you can stay motivated and avoid burnout, as well as prevent any injuries or illnesses that can come from overtraining or doing too much too soon. Your coach will create your plan specificially for you based around your needs and goals, so no two plans will ever be the same.

SUPPORT

Once you have comitted to a change and have receieved your plan from your coach, the journey doesn't end there. Your coach will be on hand for support and guidance for the duration that you are a client with them! All of our coaches offer regular check-ins with clients to ensure that the plan is meeting your needs, you're enjoying it and to tweak anything as needed. Whilst you're working with one of our coaches you'll never be left on your own and support will be available around the clock.
