About Grace:
Grace is a Sports Massage Therapist and avid Cross Fit Coach and Personal Trainer which gives her a unique insight into injuries that can occur during training, especially those in a crossfit environment. As a coach and therapist who has worked in the industry for a number of years, Grace has seen all kinds of clients with all types of injuries and discomforts; from lower back pulls from deadlifting, damaged shoulders and even upper back tightness from individuals sat at a desk all day long.
Grace will also soon be expanding her skills and knowledge into other areas of Sports Therapy such as Cupping, Kinesiology Taping and IASTM.
