Jack is a highly qualified Personal Trainer, Online Coach and Powerlifting Coach with a degree in BSC hons Sport and Exercise Science.  He has had a love for sport, health and fitness form a young age, competing in many sports including Rugby, Sailing and Powerlifting at multiple levels. Jack has a passion for helping people to become the best version of themselves, striving for performance with his natural love for fitness and his motivational skills will make sure to keep you on track to achieve your goal. 

 

Jack believes that health and fitness is not just about changing your body, but also changing the mind, striving to better mental health whilst creating new positive habits that have long lasting effects. Jack has previously worked with a wide variety of clients from a wide range of locations including clients who wanted to achieve muscle building, fat loss and strength building, working with as well as competition preparation within the sport of powerlifting, no matter what your goals are, he has you covered!
