WHAT IS ONLINE COACHING / PERSONAL TRAINING?

Online coaching is a new and exciting way to offer Personal Training and Fitness Coaching whilst still being able to acheive a life-changing transformation. It can be utilised by anyone, anywhere, offering convenience, responsiveness, flexibility, and affordability. With online coaching you can work with your favourite coaches in the world, from anywhere in the world.

HOW DOES ONLINE COACHING WORK?

ONBOARDING

Upon signing up, you will receive a link via email to join us on our Coaching App. Once you have created your account here, you will be prompted to complete a lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire will also allow you to choose which coach you would prefer, if you have one in mind. If you don't have a preference we will allocate you a coach who we think suits your needs best. From here, your coach will be able to create your Personal Online Training and Nutrition Programme.

BESPOKE TRAINING AND NUTRITION PLANS

We're not just going to send you a plan and leave you to crack on with this plan, if you're looking for one of those you need to head here. Instead, the training programme your coach will create will be research-based and specifically designed to build, sculpt and develop your desired physique.

We will completely remove the nutrition guesswork! You'll know exactly how many calories, protein, carbohydrates and fats you should be consuming each day. You'll know what foods to eat, what foods to avoid (or consume in moderation), as well as when and what to eat to optimise your training and recovery, all while enjoying delicious recipes. Your plan will educate you on the nutritional and caloric value of different foods to cultivate lifelong healthy eating habits.

WEEKLY CHECK-IN / UPDATE

Each week, your coach will send you a check-in form that will provide them with information beyond what they can acquire from tracking your training and nutrition alone. The check-in form will inform them of anything you might be struggling with, your likes, dislikes, any changes that might be required, your energy levels, mood, sleep, weight etc.

 

Alternatively, you can check in by sending a video update – summarising your week via video can make it easier to convey thoughts and feelings. Using this information, along with your exercise and diet tracking, your coach will provide you with personalised video feedback. This video exchange allows for a very unique, communicative and truly one-to-one approach to online personal training.

UNLIMITED 24/7 SUPPORT

As well as receiving a personalised feedback video each week or completing a detailed check-in form, you'll also be able to message your coach directly via the Total Performance Collective App.

Your full-time coach will be there to support, motivate and guide you through your body transformation.
